Saturday Workout 3/25

Lowerback - Ab circuit
Grip
1/2 York 80 - 4 sets 6-reps - full deadlifts. Tough getting warmed up
Left - 1/2 York 80 worked up to 12.5lbs platemates attached. Concentrated on breaking a few inches from floor.
Right - Blobette - added a bit more lead - worked up to 2.5lbs, same as above.
Left some in tank.
