Thursday Workout - 3/2

Storm coming - joints sore.
Lower back stuff w/ JumpStretch Bands
Upright Row w/ Apollon's Axle - 4 sets - 10 reps
Inverted Row - feet elevated - w/ Apollon's Axle - 5 sets - fast pace
Titan's Telegraph - single hand - fingers on top - 4 sets - increase weight each set.
Called it a day.
Lower arms sore going in, sore joints all over. No sense in being a fool.
