Lower Back with JumpStretch Bands
Upright Row w/ Apollon's Axle. - 10 sets of 10
Inverted Rows - w/ Apollon's - Feet elevated - weight on chest - 80lbs, 80 lbs,45lbs short rests.
1/2 York 80 - 2 sets 8 dls per hand.
Left - 1/2 80 +10lbsplatemates - 4 singles - concentrating on getting a few inches of air.
Right PDA Blobette - 3 sets - worked up to 3.75lbs platemates. Same as above.

I measured blobette vs BLOB50. Blobette is 1/4" taller. Aside from being 1/8" wider.
Done.
