Upright Row w/ Apollon's Axle - 10 sets. Short Rest
Inverted Rows - w/ Apollon's Axle - Feet Elevated - weight on chest - 90lbs,85lbs,45lbs,45lbs,45lbs solid reps. Short rests
1/2 York 80 - 2 sets 5 full deadlifts each hand.
Left - worked up to 7.5lbs attached - half way up. +5lbsx2 full dls
Right Blobette - worked up to 3.75lbs got solid air under it. Backed off to 1.25lbs for a few more breaking singles.
12LB Sled to rear
Brookfield Stick
Frontlever with Axe

Wiped out.
