Sore today. Looks like an all day rain is about to begin.

Fucked around with dumbbells and the Hammer units. Finished with some abs etc.
Too stiff to bother with a bar. I'm beginning to see my future. ;)

The Y has a complete set of the York Legacy DB's. The is no sign of the Ivanko Hex Block garbage bells anywhere. Aside from my "grip" critique of the York bells, they are EXCELLENT Dumbbells. Well balanced, great grip, and seem durable. I may grab a few for the cellar. I just will not be cutting them.
