Post-Mortem

Lower arms sore from elbows to thumbpads. The shrugs with the Apollons Axle are paying off.

It is clear that the key to thickbar work is incorporating it into your regular weight routine. Especially if you have smaller hands. Anytime your whole body is getting stronger, your grip strength will go up.

The world is full of fat men with tits that do grip, start making a difference. ;)
