Lower Back Ab rotation
Grip
Upright Row w/ Apollon's Axle - 6 sets - heavy , low reps
Inverted Row w/Apollon's Axle - 25lb plate on chest - 5 sets - fast pace
Blob Work
1/2 York 80 - 1x6 reps each hand
BLOB50 - Left Index finger tap - x1+Hold, +1.25x1Hold
Right - x1, +1.25 x1
Stop - leave some in tank.
Sledge to rear 3 sets
Brookfield Lever stick - 3 sets
Towel Rollup - 2 Doubled bath towels + hand towel - 2 sets 15lbs

It is difficult to do, but I am convinced that for the most part, you should not be going to failure all the time.
