Bit sore from the double weekend session.

Titan Telegraph - Single hand - Lots of reps - finger on top - 5lbs
1/2 York 80 (42lbs) - 3 sets 1 each hand
Blob50 - 5 sets 1 (full deadlift) - had to use index finger press for left. Last set
on right hand, farmers walked it back to its parking spot.
Fat Brookfield Levering Stick - 1 bout
2 Doubled Towels Rollup - 5 laps.
