Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 6 sets - heavy - low reps
Inverted Rows - feet elevated - 45lb plate on chest - 5 sets - fast pace
1/2 York 80
3 sets 2 full deadlifts each

3 singles left hand - hold at top - index finger tap - ended w/ 3.125lbs of magnets
3 singles right hand - full dl - also walked around mat area.
