Hammer Flat,Incline,Decline - 3 circuits - no rest.
Cable Pullovers - 3x20
Hammer Row (the one one with the weights below the handles) - did sort of shrugging movement. Kept arms straight (slight bend), just row with should blades. Get the Kelso Shrug book. Lots of good stuff. Also helped to traction right elbow.
