Lower Back/Abs circuit
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 123-6setsx20 - FAST pace,rest was gulp of coffee between sets.
Seated DB 2.5inch Hammer Curls (Ironmind Olympic Husky+PVC) - 85x11. Stopped here. Good rep climb over the past few workouts no sense in going to the well too much.
Lower arms fairly worn out.
LEFT - 1/2 OLD York 80 (42lbs). 6 sets of 3, busting a few inches from ground. Worked up to +5lbs in Platemates. Wrist is still a bit raw. This width is a bit easier on it.
Right - PDA Blobette - added a tad more lead - 44.5lbs.
6 sets of 2 reps full deadlifts. Worked up to +3.75lbs.
Again, if you are joining in late, the PDA Blobette is much harder (for me at least) than the Blob50 and the Yorks I've tried. It is a bit "bigger" then the others and a bit more flare.
Called it a day. Seminar most of the day, can't be dozing off.
