Skipped Hammer curls again. Still some shadow discomfort.
Lower arms fatigued from axle.
Left - 1/2 York 80 (42lbs) - 9 singles. Worked up in singles to 11.875lbs in Platemates for some air. Wrist is steadily improving.
Right - PDA Blobette - 45.5lbs base - 8 singles with +1.25lbs in Platemates. Thumb was fairly fatigued, concentrated on technique.
