Left wrist improving, still a bit of a snag.
Right elbow also a tad better.
Left - 1/2 Old York 80 (42lbs)
9 Deadlift singles - worked up to +6.25lbs in Platemates for last couple.
Right - PDA Blobette - 45.5lbs base. Single Deadlifts. 2 w/ +5/8lbs , 4 w/ +1.25lbs, 2 w/ +2.5lbs. Concentrated on form. All quick pulls.
Fooled with 10lb sledge and ax.
