Saturday Part 2 - 9/16

Heavy Rope Pulls, Hammer Lat, and Hammer High Row (weights load at the top). 4 laps. May be the heaviest+volume ever. Needed to make up for the shitty grip workout.

Smith Press - 4x12 - warmup weights
Hammer Press - 3x12 - quick pace - best weight in the shortest amount of time.
