Block Work
Left Hand - 1/2 York 80 - worked up to +8.125 lbs in Platemates. Concentrated on getting a few inches of air. Wrist still a bit tweaked but slowly improving.
Right - PDA Blobette 45lbs base - worked up to +3.75lbs in platemates, deadlift singles.
Right elbow was abit "off" this morning. May be the weather change. Old Judo injury.
Will do the shiny #2 singles beginning after work.
