Saturday - Part 2

Hammer High Row Machine (The one where the weights get loaded at eye level) added a pair of 45's each set, starting with one pair. Rest was getting another pair. Topped off at 4 pair then worked down. No rest between sets on the way down to 1 pair. 15 reps or so each set.

Hammer Lat pull - 3x25
Smith Press, Hammer Lateral, Hammer Press - 3 laps no rest
Light arms
Abs
