Hammer Lat Pull - Started with one pair of 45's. Added a pair of 45's each set until 5 pair. Sets of 15. Rests were the time it took to get another pair. Then strip sets down to 3 pair. No rest.
Hammer High Row Machine - 3x25 - 2 pair of 45's plus whatever change was on the machine.
Smith Press, Hammer Laterals, Hammer Press - 3 circuits no rest.
Light Arms
Abs

Fatigue from the bug I had is slipping away. Groove is coming back.

Grip Training - continue with fast closes of shiny #2 through day.
