Left - BLOB50 - Index finger tap "ARCS" movement - 12 singles.
Right - PDA Blobette - 46lbs base weight - 3 fast single deadlifts with base weight, then 7 single deadlifts with +3.125 Platemates. Quick pulls.
Rolling Thunder - Deadlifts - 105x20, 115x20, 120x20 - Nothing maximum effort. Emphasizing keeping wrist "cocked". I'm going to continue waving the weights up and down for high reps to establish a base.
Fooled with the sledge hammer to cool down.
