Sunday - 10/1

This cold has knocked my dick off, but went ahead anyway.

Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 123x10 178-8setsx10

Grip Training

Left - 1/2 York 80 (42lbs) - 10 DL singles +5lbs Platemates
Right - PDA Blobette (45.5lbs base) - 10 DL singles with +1.25lbs Platemates

Apollon's work had thumb pads blown up.

Still a little "twinge" in right shoulder when doing the deadlifts.

Overall base block strength is slowly but steadily coming up.

Relax rest of day. Need to shake this thing.
