Left - 1/2 York 80 - 2 full deadlifts
Switched to BLOB50 - Index finger assist. 9 singles (deadlifts) last 2 with +5/8lbs Platemate. Pause at top, set down with control.
Index finger assist - apply SLIGHT pressure with index finger of free hand to thumb side of squeezing hand. You touch side of Blob, NOT thumb. I pull away as it breaks a few inches from floor.
Right - PDA Blobette - 46lbs base weight. 10 full deadlifts. Increment up each single with Platemates. Last 4 full deadlifts with +2.5lbs. Concentrated on form and hand placement. Weighed again with +2.5lbs - comes in at 49lbs.
Fooled with sledge and ax.
