Hit the Y.
Used the Cybex Lat pull and Cybex Row machines for a change of pace. They felt pretty good. Resistance seemed much more even through the ROM as opposed to the Hammer Strength units.

Then:

3x20 Hammer Lat
3x20 Rope Face Pull
Smith Press - Hammer Press - Hammer Lateral - 3 laps, no rest.
