Lower Back Ab warmup
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 123x20 143x20 163x20 183x20 163x20 143x20 123x20. Rests on ascent were under 30 seconds. No rest drop-sets on descent.
Seated DB Hammer Curls - 2.5" - Ironmind Olympic Husk+PVC - 80x9 80x8. Slowly moving up.
Sledge Levering - arm hanging at side - front and rear - 2setsx12 - 10lbs sledge. Kept it dialed back. I'm moving heavy sledge work to Tuesdays, with light/medium gripper.
Left - Blobette Holds (44lbs Base) 5 singles. Worked up to +7.25lbs.
Right - Blobette Deadlifts. Worked up to +5-5/8lbs.
Still a bit sore from yesterday.
Whole workout done at a quick pace.
