Left - 8 singles, then negative with +10lbs, another longer one with +5lbs
Right - 8 singles, then negative with +18.25lbs.
Fat bar wipes arms completely out.
Also picked up number 4 gripper and placed it at the other end of my bench. The quest for the #4 is going smoothly. ;)
