Saturday Workout 1/28

7AM - GRIP
Shaky day. The thickbar on Thursday etc took its toll. Tough to get motivated.

TTK - Fingers on top - 5lbs - 50 each
1/2 York 80 - 2 sets 3 Full Deadlifts each
BLOB50 - Left - Index tap - 4 singles - hold at top. Added platemates each set. Last hold +3.75lbs
BLOB50 - Right - 4 singles. Same Platemate drill. Last w/ 3.75lbs - managed just a few inches.
Stopped here. Try again tomorrow.
