Saturday Workout 1/7 - Part 2

Chins - 3x30
Rope Pulls - 3 Sets 15-20 reps
Hammer Lat Pull - worked to heavy weight.
Hammer Shoulder Press - Smith - Hammer LAterals - 3 cycles - short rest
Variety of light arm work just to get area flushed.
Abs

Chins stress the hands pretty good. 30 reps is a solid hold.
