Sunday Workout 1/29

7AM
Lower Back - Ab Circuit
GRIP
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 5 sets worked to heavy weight.
Inverted rows w/ Apollon's Axle - feet elevated - 45lb plate on chest - 5 sets - fast pace
1/2 York 80 - 3 singles each hand
BLOB50 - Left - 4 singles - index tap - worked up to hold w/ 5lbs of platemates.
BLOB50 Right - 4 singles - busting a few inches from ground and moving it around + platemates.
Stopped. Still some fatigue. I don't want to dig too much of a hole.
I will concentrate on shot rotations and horse liniment for the next few days.
