Lowerback - Pile of reverse hypers.

Forearm extensors beatup from weekend. Slow getting started.
1/2 York 80 - 3 full deadlifts each hand

Picking it up and moving it around mat. Index finger "twap" needed for left. 4 sets. 2-6 reps each set. Right hand worked up to 6.25lbs on 1 rep.
Brookfield fat lever stick - 1 set. Medium intensity
Sledge to rear - 15 reps. Choked a 1/3 from end.
2 Doubled towel rollup - 4 cycles.
Feel the burn.
