Thursday Workout - 1/19

Lower Back/Ab Rotation
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 6 sets, low reps - heavy
Inverted Rows w/ Apollon's Axle - 5 sets. With 15lbs on chest.
1/2 York 80
2 full deadlifts each hand. Swung it around and high pulled righty.
BLOB50 - Left - 2 full dls - index assist + hold
Right - 2 Full DLS. It has been awhile, COMPLETE DOMINATION.
BLOB50 - Left - No Index - solid air time.
BLOB50 Right - Full DL
Sledge Lever to rear 10lbs - choked 20+ reps each hand.
Brookfield Lever Stick - fat handle - 1 bout
Towel Rollup - 2 doubled bath towels + hand towel - 10lbs - 4laps

Observations

2 Hand towel rollups WORK. Strive to use all fingers.
Fat lever stick - WORKS.
Thick bar work, builds up whole lower arm. Just watch overdoing it.

I highly endorse the Brookfield DVD.

Dropped some more bodyweight.
