Anxious today. Tough to focus. Once today's obligation is out of the way, I'm taking a few days off from work to get my head back on.

Reverse Hypers, 45 degree hypers, couple sets each of Trap Bar Deadlifts and Romanians.

Grip Training

2x45 One hand Pinch w/ miniband deload. Added Platemates each set. Sets of 2-3 attempts. Tiny progress.
