What is with these pinheads who post piss poor, grainy, obscured videos of themselves closing big grippers, then getting offended when questioned? For example, some nitwit posted a video the other day of a HG500 close, then blocks the close with his leg, now the poor baby is insulted by the negative comments. And we wonder why the folks at IronMind make jokes at our expense. ;)

Set them to the highest setting, tossed the Apollon's Axle on, and did chins in between grip work. Slow - controlled - hold at top.

STATUS UPDATE
I have been obsessed with setting up a wireless internet cafe style service with WiFiDog, DD-WRT, Linksys WRT54GL and backend Radius authentication. So the updates have been lacking.
I hit the Y on Monday and Wed, but skipped grip on Tuesday. I pulled an all nighter then went into work .
Tonight will be dedicated to lounging, cigars and REBEL YELL Bourbon.
The Grip Clubhouse does more than just squeeze things. ;)

It's been fuking snowing all day.
I've been obsessed with Radius, wireless WPA2-enterprise authentication along with captive portal testing. The weekend had been a blur of being a propeller-head, smoking cigars and downing Jack Daniels. Fuck proprietary solutions. Open source!
Got a fairly good upper body workout on Saturday, and two good grip workouts this weekend.

Been doing some levering all week as a cooldown.
I have 2 pair of old York 45's. According to the scale they all come in at 45lbs on the digital scale. The scale is fairly accurate( within less than 8 ounces, which is good as bathroom scales go). I have seen some off brand plates at the Y weigh 39lbs and others weigh 48lbs. These will screw your shoulder up big time if benching.
If you are going to start plate pinching take some time to weigh what you have. If you have some lighter plates, match them up for progression.
