Snowing Heavy, so I bagged the YMCA

LowerBack Ab Rotation
Upright Rows - Apollon's Axle - 6 sets. 20-12 reps. Medium Heavy weight.

Block Weights
Fooled with 1/2York 80 (42lbs) and PDA Blobette. Just to grease the groove.

Time to fire up the snow blower.
