Saturday Workout 12/3

GRIP
Fooled with 1/2 York 80 (42lbs) and PDA Blobette. Using PlateMates to add weight.
Big improvement over the past 2 weeks. Still not following a routine. Just playing around for a half hour.

I wonder where I would be if I owned a $100.00 3 foot rope? ;)
