Sunday Workout - 12/18

Balmy 17 degrees.
Lowerback ab rotation.
Upright Rows w/ Apollon's Axle. - 6 sets to heavy weight.
Piddled around with 1/2York80 (42lbs) and PDA Blobette. Added a few Platemates each set.
2 Hand Towel Rollups - 4 sets. Clamped weight on and doubled towel over.
Homemade Fore-arm-ulator extensions. 3 sets.

Left some in tank.
