Lower Back Ab Rotation
Grip
1/2 York 80 (42lbs), PDA Blobette. Just picked up and moved them around. Felt sort of fatigued from the double weekend session.
IM TUG - Last 2 fingers - 30 reps each hand (#4).
Brookfield Towel Rollup - 2 hands - 3 laps

5 minutes into it, I could feel that I was not reocover. Pulled back and coasted.
