Thursday Workout - 12/8

Bit sick last night. Could not eat

11 degrees out - bagged going out to the garage for hypers and reverse hypers. I'll get them in later.
GRIP
Fooled with 1/2York 80 (42lbs) and PDA Blobette. Getting stronger. The blobette is wider than the Blob50.
TTK - Fingers on top, whole hand, then isolated each finger. 2 sets
Brookfield Fat bar rotation - 1 set each direction.
Towel Rollup - 1 set.
Homemade Formulator Extension - 1 set.
