Heavy Upright Rows with Apollon's Axle - 5 sets
Inverted Rows, Feet elevated, Apollon's - 4 sets - 20 second rest between.
Fooled with 1/2 York 80 and PDA Blobette. Added more shot. Used PlateMates. This thing is pretty close to full.
