Balmy 7 degrees.
Lower Back Ab rotation.
Grip
Warmed up with 2 hand beach towel rollup. This one is a keeper.
Fooled with 1/2 York80 and PDA Blobette. Adding PlateMates each set.
Finishe with 2 setos of 2 hand beach rollups again. Clamed weight on.
2.5lbs first set , 5lbs 2nd set.
