Saturday - Part 2

Hammer Low Rows - (The one where the weights are below the handles) - 8 sets - 12-15 reps each. Fairly heavy.

Smith Press, Hammer laterals - 3 circuits.
Hammer Press - 4 sets - 10-12 reps, fairly heavy. Didn't count plates, just added to what was there.
