Deadlifts with trap bar - 3x20+
I fooled around doing bent over rows with the trap bar. Felt good. I'm going to start working them in for the spring.
Shrugs w/ Apollon's Axle - Overhand Grip - 123x10, 213x5, 283x3, 363x3, 418x3 Hopa!, 363x3, 363x3. If you are doing these, remember this is a TRAP exercise, get a good range of motion.
