Romanian Deadlifts w/ Trap bar - 5 sets of 20. I start with a pair of 45's, and add a pair of 10's each set. I rest about 1 minute between sets. I need to be mindful of the lower back.
Shrugs w/ Apollon's Axle - Overhand Grip - 75% day - 193x10, 263x6, 313-4 sets of 6.
Levering with ratchet and Platemates, worked in Blob50 pulls in between sets.
