Lower back/Ab warmup.

Grip Training

Warmed up both hands with 1/2 York 80 (42lbs)

Left - BLOB50 - Index finger tap assists - 8 single full deadlifts. Worked up to +3.75lbs in Platemates. Pause at top, set down with control. Remember this is NOT a 2 hand deadlift. Also control is key here. If you are just flinging it up and dropping it, you are wasting your time.

Wide left strength is slowly coming back.

Right - PDA BLOBETTE - 46.0lbs base - 9 singles. Worked up to a few inches of air with +5.625lbs of Platemates.

Played around with the sledgehammers and ax to cool down.
