Reverse curls with EZ curlc bar - heavy - semiloose form - 6x10
Grip training
Piddled around. Sore from yesterday and reverse curls wiped out grip.

Good to see Timmy banned from our beloved forum, now if we can only go a week
without being reminded of TheBigLieOriginalFatmanYorkBlob. ;)
