In between all sets worked in Romanian Deadlifts, sets of 20, pair of 50lb dumbbells.
Still a bit of a charley horse.
Never bench without a spotter, or some sort of reliable spotting setup to catch the bar. I use a pair of steel stands similar to the Ironmind Pillars of Power. I got them locally at the "Fitness Headquarters". Only MORONS think they can roll the bar off themselves. Make sure 2007 is a safe one, avoid the Darwin Awards. ;)
