Lower Back/Ab Warmup - Reverse Hypers, leg raises etc
Romanian Deadlifts with Trap Bar - 5x10 - Still moderate weight. My back is a mess. No sense in being stupid.
Shrugs - w/ Apollons Axle - Overhand Grip - 243x3, 263x3, 313x3, 333x3, 353x3, 313x12 - Change of pace from high reps.

Grip Training

Levering in between Blob50 work. Also started Ironmind Claw Curls. Using Ring/Pinky only. These may be the missing link.

Left - Blob50 - 10 doubles - deadlift attempts - some skidded, some got good swallows of daylight.

Right - Blob50 - 10 full deadlift singles. Some farmers walked a few/4/5 steps etc.
