Lower Back/Ab Warmup
Shrugs w/ Apollons Axle - Overhand grip - 193x20, 243x20, 303x20, 253x20
Did Romanian Trap Bar Deadlifts in between shrugs.
The shrugs blow up the hands.
Did a bunch of leverage stuff with the ratchet to get the "pump" out of the thumbs.
Fooled with Blobette and Blob50 for a little while and called it a day.
