It is with a heavy heart that I announce I will no longer be posting workouts or training results. This will remain in effect until I can consistently crush a #4 with a Handgripper Helper attached and clean and press the Inch Dumbbell at the same time.

Romanian Deadlifts with Trap Bar - 6x20. Still a bit of a Charley horse.
Grip Training
Worked in levering with ratchet and Platemates in between all Blob50 work. It has been raining since yesterday. The humidity is unforgiving with pinch. But it will all work out in the end.
Left - 8 sets of 2 - deadlift attempts. Some pops, some good air.
Right - 8 sets of 2 - Full deadlifts. Some slipped out towards the top.
Ironmind Claw Curl - 1 high rep set.
