Shrugs w/ Apollon's Axle - overhand grip - 193x20, 243x20, 263x20, 283x25
Before and after each set, did 10 reps of trap bar deadlift.
Quick pace - forearms and hands were toasted after this.
Seated levering with big ratchet and Platemates.
Attempted some blobette and Blob50 stuff. But thumbs just stayed cramped. No exertion today.
