Elbow traction w/ Purple Jumpstretch band
Romanian Deadlifts w/ Trapbar - 5x20
Seated and Lying levering with big ratchet and magnets.
In between levering worked in 10 sets of 2 - Blob50 pulls. Left getting air. Right most full deadlifts, some squirted away.
Finished with ring/pink claw curls.
Time for Jacks Blue Heat.
