Hammer Low Rows - The one where the weights load by the ground - already a pile of plates on it. I was not about to move or count them. 3x12. Then knocked some plates off and did 3 sets of Kelso row shrugs.
Hammer Lat Pulls - The one where you face away form the plates - same deal as above, and worked in the Kelso shrugs.
I only used those machines because the other Hammer ones where tied up.
