Saturday - Part 2

YMCA

Hammer Lat Pull - Started with one pair of 45's, sets of 20. Added a pair each set. Finished with 5 pair. Solid 20 reps.
Hammer High Row - Some ape already had a pile of plates from the night before. I was not about to sort through the mess. So I used what was there for a few sets.
Hammer Seated Press, Smith Press, Hammer laterals - 3 laps. Hit the Hammer press fairly hard.

Light Arms
Abs

Note: Almost always the Hammer Lat Pull will be the one where you face the weights.
